The reflections below are shared with permission by families and individuals who've worked with me to through both educational evaluation's and therapeutic support. Whether navigating through a child's learning profile, cognitive strengths or a college student's emotional and academic growth, each voice offers a glimpse into the care, clarity, and advocacy that guide my approach. These aren't polished endorsements - they are lived experiences, offered with gratitude and trust.

Both our boys have been evaluated by Sharon. For each, the testing days were divided into two days. In spite of the fact that mental and physical focus is required, neither boy complained that the process was too arduous. Sharon creates a safe and respectful environment that allows the child's best effort to emerge. Knowing they're learning style of each child has given us the tools necessary to meet each with appropriate strategies. Sharon's diagnostics have proved to be an invaluable resource for us in our school.
When we were confronted with the issue of assessment of our child's developmental skills, Sharon was recommended to us. We promptly scheduled a meeting and immediately felt our child was in good hands. Our experience was exceptional for many reasons. First and foremost what is the rapport she established with our child in the obvious comfort level of our son throughout the testing process. Once the assessment was completed, not only did Sharon take the time to fully explain the results, she importantly became an advocate for our child in our child's school program. We are eternally grateful for her professionalism, her deep concern for child development and her advice for establishing a realistic educational plan for our child. We would highly recommend Sharon to any concern parents who wish to have an accurate and realistic assessment.
I first met Sharon when I was a child-she did educational testing for me in fifth and eighth grade, and again during my freshman year of college. After I'd seen three different therapists who didn't quite work out, my parents reach out to Sharon, remembering how helpful she been in the past. I started therapy with her during my sophomore year. From the beginning, Sharon created a space that felt safe and calm she was warm, respectful, and easy to talk to you, and you didn't take long for me to feel comfortable opening, . At the time, I was dealing with intense anxiety, panic episodes, and physical symptoms that made every day life feel overwhelming. Sharon help me learn practical tools that actually worked - and she also took the time to understand the strategies I was already using, honoring them and helping me build on what I started. Overtime, the symptoms is I felt more in control. Beyond therapy she also help me navigate academic stress. She's giving me guidance on how to communicate with professors and grades, prepare for tests and make decisions that fit me. It's been incredibly helpful to have someone who understands both the emotional and academic sides of what I'm going through. Or steady presence has made a huge difference.
